2. Registration

This applies to any legal proceeding, including but not limited to civil suits, consumer disputes, or any other legal means.

In the event that any dispute is referred to arbitration, it is expressly agreed that the seat of arbitration shall be exclusively in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. Your use of the Site constitutes your explicit and irrevocable consent to this jurisdiction and venue.

11. General

Force Majeure: We shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the Site, irrespective of the cause.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of our right to do so later.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KHConlineLaw regarding your use of the Site.
